To help athletes stay at the very top of their game they need the best available gym equipment to train with. Gym and Fitness recently partnered with Alta Athletic, a high performance centre based on the Central Coast of NSW designed to help all athletes fulfil their potential.
The team at Alta Athletic offer a wide range of services — including professional-grade skills, conditioning, strength and recovery coaching — so they required truly high end equipment for their clients. By optimising space and layout, our commercial fit-out specialists were able to deliver a Vortex V1000 Spin Bike, FID Workout Bench, Glute Ham Raise Developer, Trap Bar, Barbells, Dumbbells, Weight Plates, a large selection of PTP training accessories, and durable, slip-resistant flooring.
The end result speaks for itself and is benefiting the next generation of athletes looking to make their mark.
