Jamison High School Fitout

The Project

HELPING STUDENTS LEAD A MORE ACTIVE LIFESTYLE

Located in South Penrith, NSW, Jamison High School offers a diverse learning environment which includes a focus on physical education and the benefits of exercise for its students.

Before partnering with Gym and Fitness, the school had very little in the way of strength and cardio equipment.

Our commercial fit out team wanted to provide a broad range of high quality equipment that not only met the needs of PE classes and group activities, but also motivated students to exercise, especially those battling weight gain or obesity.

In a relatively small footprint, we were able to deliver a fantastic selection of engaging, durable and easy-to-use equipment, including Spin Bikes, Air Rowers and Ski Trainers, plus a space saving Force USA All-In-One Trainer.

We also added a number of strength pieces such as a Lat Pulldown / Seated Row machine, a Leg Extension / Curl machine and a weight bench with barbells and weight plates.

Knowing that we’re playing a small but important role in helping younger people lead healthier, more active lifestyles makes projects like this very rewarding for the Gym and Fitness team!
