My First Gym Ashmore
With a mission to inspire movement, My First Gym is focused on mobilising children by offering programs that develop the skills kids need while also encouraging kids to move their bodies in and out of the clubs. They believe in integrating physical, mental and social capabilities to live active, healthy and fulfilling lives and work towards giving kids the confidence, ability and motivation to move and be physically active.
We worked with My First Gym Ashmore to provide equipment for the MFG-Fit Program, Australia's first functional training program specially built for 7 to 15 year olds. The MFG-Fit experience is a fun, yet challenging 10-week program focusing on speed, endurance, strength and power, which required functional fitness equipment such as our indoor rower, functional rig, AirBike, SkiTrainer, Spin Bike and more.
