A History Of Putting Student Wellbeing First
Unley High School is a comprehensive secondary school with a history and tradition dating back to 1910. They have a proud record of sporting involvement and prioritising student health and wellbeing, offering fitness courses as well as being a special interest school for rowing.
Unley is deeply involved in competitive sport, with weekly programmes spanning badminton, basketball, cricket, football, indoor soccer, soccer, table tennis, touch and volleyball.

Gear That Stands Up To A Whole School
Providing athletes and school teams with the right gym equipment for their needs is a responsibility we take very seriously. School gear has to handle heavy daily use across classes, teams and training programmes, so durability and safety came first.
We were able to provide Unley High with multiple functional power racks and accessories, plus a full range of strength and conditioning equipment including Hex Dumbbells, 3-in-1 foam plyo boxes, barbells, Assault AirBikes and full commercial flooring.

From the Certificate III in Fitness course to the rowing programme and general PE, the fit-out was designed to support every kind of student who walks through the door.
Strength & Conditioning
Multiple Force USA functional power racks, FID benches, assorted barbells, bumper plates and a 45 degree leg press give students a full strength setup with the safety features a school environment needs.
Cardio & Rowing
Assault AirBikes and indoor rowers support the school's special-interest rowing programme and conditioning work, giving teams reliable, hard-wearing cardio for circuits and testing.
Functional & Recovery
Rubber Hex Dumbbells and rack, 3-in-1 foam plyo boxes, medicine balls and foam rollers round out a versatile functional zone for warm-ups, mobility and class-based training.
