CENTR X HYROX Perform Tread

The Centr x HYROX Perform Tread is a non-motorised treadmill designed to respond entirely to the athlete’s output. The curved running surface encourages a more natural running posture, promoting efficient stride mechanics and immediate speed changes without lag. This makes it ideal for sprint intervals, sled-style pushes and endurance conditioning. In a full commercial gym or functional training space, the motorless design eliminates power costs while delivering unrestricted performance for serious athletes.

With 8 magnetic resistance levels, the Perform Tread allows coaches and athletes to tailor workouts to specific training goals. Lower resistance supports endurance running and metabolic conditioning, while higher settings replicate heavy push and pull demands commonly seen in HYROX and functional competitions. This versatility makes the treadmill suitable for a wide range of users, from everyday gym members to competitive racers, all on the same piece of equipment.

The running surface is constructed from robust aluminium slats with a rubber coating, providing excellent shock absorption without sacrificing durability. This design reduces impact on the joints while maintaining a responsive feel underfoot, supporting longer sessions and repeated high-intensity efforts. For commercial facilities focused on athlete longevity and injury prevention, this balance of comfort and toughness is a major advantage.

The integrated multi-grip handlebars unlock a wide range of training styles, including standard running, incline-style drives, resistance pushes and upper-body engagement. This transforms the treadmill into a true conditioning station rather than just a cardio machine. In group training, performance centres and HYROX-focused facilities, this flexibility maximises floor space efficiency while expanding programming options.

A clear 4.8” LED display delivers real-time training feedback, including speed, resistance level, time, distance, watts, calories and heart rate. Bluetooth connectivity allows accurate heart rate tracking, helping users train within specific zones and measure performance improvements over time. This data-driven experience enhances motivation and supports structured training in professional gym environments.

Constructed from 6061 extruded aluminium with a protective rubber coating, the Perform Tread is built to withstand constant use. With a solid 185kg frame and no motor or electrical components to maintain, it’s a reliable, low-maintenance solution for high-traffic gyms, performance studios and competition training venues.
