Impulse IF9312 Shoulder Press

The IF9312’s intelligently angled 30-degree seat and back pad have been engineered to promote a natural pressing movement, ensuring correct alignment and reducing unnecessary strain. This positioning not only boosts performance but also supports joint safety, helping users build strength with confidence. Whether you're pushing for heavier loads or prioritising form, the machine's design keeps your training on point.

Equipped with dual-grip handlebars, the IF9312 allows users to switch between different grip positions, targeting various parts of the deltoids and upper arms. This grip variation supports functional strength development while also accommodating users of different sizes and preferences—ideal for shared-use environments like PT studios, schools, or wellness centres.

The seat is easily adjustable, allowing users to find their ideal starting position before each set. This flexibility enhances comfort and promotes safer, more controlled lifts. Whether you're tall, short, or somewhere in between, the customisability ensures each user gets the most out of every rep.

Part of Impulse's high-quality IF range, the IF9312 is purpose-built for light commercial spaces such as boutique fitness studios, school gyms, and physiotherapy clinics. It offers the strength and stability needed for consistent daily use, with a streamlined design that complements other IF series equipment.

Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel frame and finished in sleek black, the IF9312 not only looks the part—it’s built to last. The upholstery is easy to clean and built tough, while the machine’s simple, cable-driven mechanism keeps maintenance requirements minimal. A true set-and-forget piece of kit for busy gym operators.
