Impulse IF9315 Pec Fly Rear Delt

Why choose between pec fly and rear delt training when you can have both? The IF9315 allows users to perform both arm adduction (pec fly) and abduction (reverse delt fly) exercises from a single, space-efficient station. Whether you’re training chest or upper back, this dual-function design helps maximise training variety and floor space—ideal for smaller clubs or PT studios.

The machine features multiple starting positions, allowing users to adjust the movement to their specific range of flexibility and training goals. This is a game-changer for both newcomers looking for comfort and seasoned lifters chasing peak activation. Just set your arm lever position and press or pull through a smooth, joint-friendly arc.

Whether you're aiming to isolate the pecs for maximum contraction or strengthen the posterior deltoids and lats for improved posture and performance, this machine keeps your form locked in. Its seated position reduces momentum and encourages strict technique, leading to safer and more effective workouts.

As part of the IF series by Impulse, this machine has been specially developed for small clubs, institutional gyms, and boutique fitness studios. It offers commercial-grade durability at an approachable price point, with design features that integrate perfectly with other IF series equipment.

Made with high-quality stainless steel and finished in a sleek black powder coat, the IF9315 is designed to handle repeated daily use. The upholstery is robust and easy to wipe down, while the simple mechanical structure reduces maintenance overhead. It’s the kind of reliable gear gym managers love—tough, low-fuss, and built to perform.
